Zyla JoAnne Heldenbrand

Our sweet angel, Zyla JoAnne Heldenbrand, passed peacefully into heaven on March 29, 2022. She was born at 1:25 a.m. on March 27th, 2022. During her short time here on earth, she was showered with love and affection from her family and the wonderful staff at Akron Children’s Hospital. She had her mother’s beautiful eyes, her brother’s ornery smile, and her daddy’s tremendous strength. She was a cherished gift and will be deeply missed by us all. Zyla’s precious soul joins her great-grandparents, Don and Anne Eagle and Robert Heldenbrand, who are no doubt taking turns rocking her in their arms.

Zyla is the treasured daughter of Seth and Kylie Heldenbrand and sweet little sister of Rolin Heldenbrand. She is celebrated by her maternal family: grandmother, “Nana” Jodi Eagle; “Pappy” Albert McKinney; aunt, Alyssa Eagle; uncle, Mikey McKinney; and uncle, Dallas (Alexis) Bright. She is also celebrated by her paternal family: grandfather, Jeffrey Heldenbrand; grandmother, Connie Wright; aunt, Michelle Miller; uncle, Alex (Morgan) Heldenbrand; uncle, Jett Heldenbrand; and great-grandmother, Janet Heldenbrand. Zyla will also be missed by a large group of extended family and special friends.

Zyla will be remembered in the hearts of many, for as Shakespeare wrote, “though she be but little, she is fierce.” Our tiny warrior now lives with Jesus. Matthew 19:14 - “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”

Graveside services will be held at Jeromesville Cemetery on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 11 a.m. with Larry White officiating.
