Vida B. (Fowler) Eagle

Vida B. (Fowler) Triesler Eagle, 80 of Jeromesville passed away Thursday June 16, 2022 at her

residence. She was born February 24, 1942 in Ashland County the daughter of Vernon Horton Fowler

and Vida Gouty (Hootman) Fowler. Vida enjoyed gardening, farming, canning, camping out, dancing,

roller skating, horseback riding, taking care of her family, going to church, reading the Bible and

birdwatching. Vida loved the Lord.

She is survived by her husband, Russel Eagle, two sons, Fredrick A. Triesler and Bonnie of Ashland,

Donald E. Triesler and Vickie of Jeromesville, a daughter, Sherry L. Triesler Pidgeon of Mars, PA, 9

grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, her twin sister Ida Fowler Bowman (Cricket) of Mansfield, her

brothers, Dan Fowler of Fredericktown, Tom Fowler of Butler, John Fowler of Mansfield, Bob Jackson

of Hayesville and Bill Jackson of Ashland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a still born son, Gerald Dean Triesler, her sister, Sharon

(Fowler) Barnhart, two brothers, Clair Fowler and Richard Fowler, a sister-in-law, Susie Fowler and a

son-in-law, Wendell E. Pidgeon.

Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Saturday June 25, 2022 at St. Michael Lutheran Church, 26 Maine

Street Mifflin, OH.

Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery at a later date.

There will be no calling hours.

There will be a celebration of life and luncheon immediately after till 4:00 pm at Fred & Bonnie’s

home – 1157 Co. Road 2075 Ashland, OH (1.5 miles). All are welcome please come and share.
