Susan Kay Hardy Obituary

Susan Kay Hardy, 56 of Jeromesville passed away Saturday November 23, 2019. She was born June 15, 1963


in Ashland the daughter of Earl and Lucille Eagle Hardy. She a 1981 graduate of Hillsdale High School and was


the head teller for sutton bank. She was a member of the Jeromesville United Methodist Church.


Susie led Hillsdale to the first state softball title in 1979 and won 2 games in the 18 & under National Softball


Tournament in Santa Marie, California. She loved her job and co-workers, her church family, shopping, baking


and especially spending time with her family and her dog, Meika.


She was a true friend to everyone.


She is survived by her father, Earl Hardy of Jeromesville, two sisters, Patricia (Bill) Garn of Jeromesville,


and Pam (Pat) Couch of Jeromesville, a niece Layne of Ashland, a nephew, Rhett of Jeromesville and a


great niece, Ellie.


She was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Hardy.


Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday November 30, 2019 at Jeromesville United Methodist Church with


Pastors Sue Chidley and Dan Minor officiating. Burial will be in Jeromesville Cemetery.


Friends may call Friday November 29, 2019 from 5-8 pm at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville.
