Sara Elizabeth Schwendeman, 7 of Mohicanville, passed away Monday August 2, 2021 from

complications of Aicardi Syndrome. She was born March 31, 2014 in Wooster, Ohio to Mike and April

Schwendeman. During her life Sara faced may challenges. Sara loved music, swinging, being

outdoors on a beautiful day and most of all the love and attention of her siblings. Sara offered

unconditional love to those around her.

Sara is survived by her father and mother, sisters, Megan and Makayla, brother, Jacob of the home, as

well as her maternal grandmother, Lorie Ambrose of Loudonville, paternal grandparents, Robert

Schwendeman of Marietta and Delores Reitz of South Bend, IN, her maternal great grandmother, Mary

Widmer of Oak Harbor, OH, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her materal grandfather, Thomas Ambrose.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Saturday August 7, 2021 at Mohicanville Community Church with

Pastor Scott Woodlee officiating.

Friends may call from 12:00-2:00 PM on Saturday at the church.

The family will be wearing purple in Honor of Sara and asks those attending to wear purple or dress

casually.
