Robert Eugene Hendrix

Robert Eugene Hendrix, 71 of Sullivan and formerly of the Jeromesville area, died Thursday January
31, 2019.  He was born April 12, 1947 in Wayne Co. the son of Lawrence and Vera Lehman Hendrix.  
He was a 1965 graduate of Waynedale High School and worked for Smith Dairy.  Bob was a longtime
baseball, basketball and football referee and loved western dancing.  
He is survived by a daughter, Barb Hendrix of Ashland, a son, Jonathan (Angela) Hendrix of Sullivan,
3 grandsons, Brandon (Caity) Hendrix, Seth Hendrix and Jordan Hendrix, a great grandson, Chancellor
Hendrix, an aunt, Jeannette Hendrix of Wooster, two brothers, Richard Hendrix of Holmesville, and
Ron Hendrix of Apple Creek and a sister, Sandy Heaton of Wooster.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Jerry Hendrix and a sister, Edith Vaughn.
Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Sunday February 3, 2019 at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville
with Pastor Sue Chidley officiating.  
Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
