Rex Louis Meyer

In Rex Louis Meyer, 74 of Ashland passed away Friday December 20, 2024 at Elms Retirement Village

in Wellington. He was born September 7, 1950 in Ashland the son of John J. and Nona Powers Meyer.

He was involved in logging and grew vegetables, which he sold in the Cleveland Market. Additionally,

he was a member of the Cleveland Labors Local 310 for 20 years and graduated from Ashland High

School in 1969.

He is survived by four brothers, Chris and Sharon Meyer (Ashland), Paul Meyer (Gold Hill, Oregon),

Dewey and Karen Meyer (Polk) and Dan and Terri Meyer (Ashland), two sisters, Mary and

Rolly Cox (Ashland) and Ann Davis (Olivesburg), his sister-in-law, Sue Meyer (Jeromesville) and

several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother John (JC) in 2002.

Services will take place at a later date.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
