Nora Frances Ungerer

Nora Frances Ungerer, 74 of Polk passed away Saturday September 23, 2023 at Wooster Community

Hospital. She was a high school graduate of Hillsdale and along with her husband owned and operator

of Hess and Gault Sawmill. She was born October 7, 1948 in Damascus, Virginia the daughter of

Curtis and Elsie (Neely) Trent.

She is survived by her husband, Dan Ungerer, a son Brian (Wendy) Ungerer, a grandson, Grant

(Kaytlyn), three great-grandchildren, a sister, Mary Trent and two brothers, Tom Trent and Charles

Trent.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Linda, Ellen and Pat and a brother, Curtis Ray

Trent Jr.

Per Nora’s wishes no services will be observed.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
