Mary Jane Rose (Carpenter) Bee

Mary Jane Rose Bee, 86 of Ashland passed away Monday November 4, 2024 at Kingtson of Ashland.

She was born October 23, 1938 in Spencer, West Virginia the daughter of Guy and Dora Price

Carpenter. She was a homemaker and had worked in retail sales for the Goodwill and the Giant Store.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Bee, to whom she was married December 30, 1955, two sons,

James (LuAnn) Bee of Lake Placid, FL and Jeff (Dinah) Bee of Gibsonton, FL, six grandchildren, nine

great-grandchildren,three great great-grandchildren, two brothers, Boyd Carpenter of Ashland and

Watson Carpenter of Florida and two sisters, Ada Houchin of Ashland and Delma Endicott of West

Virginia.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Josh Bee and four sisters, Jenny, Thelma, Ellen and Emma

and two brothers, Vane and Page Carpenter.

Services will be 2:00 PM on Friday November 8, 2024 at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromeville with

Pastor Rich Pate officiating. Burial will follow at Jeromesville Cemetery.

Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home.

After the service friends and family will meet for a dinner at Kenny and Mary Bee's home.
