Lois Jean (Hines) Jewett

Lois Jean Hines Jewett, 100 of Loudonville passed away March 30, 2026 at Brethren Care. She was

born October 27, 1925 in Wellington the daughter of Kenneth and Gladys McQuate Hines. Lois was a

graduate of Bowling Green State University and was an accountant for Walt’s Auto Supply. Lois

enjoyed family, cooking, Cleveland sports, cross stitching and crossword puzzles.

She is survived by four children, Beth Jewett (Robert) Brown of Perrysville, Barbara Jean Myers of

Olmstead Falls, Thomas Mark (Dorothy) Jewett of Medina and Steven Lawrence Jewett of

Loudonville, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lawrence A. Jewett, a daughter, Janice

Pallenik and a sister, Virginia Hines.

Burial will be at Vermillion Cemetery in Hayesville on Saturday April 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
