Harless George Baker

Harless George Baker, 37 of Ashland passed away Monday March 10, 2025 at UH Samaritan Medical

Center surrounded by family and friends. He was born December 21, 1987 to Donna Filius. He was a

2007 graduate of Ashland County-West Holmes Career Center.

He is survived by his mom, Joell Wright, grandmother, Mary Ann Miller, two aunts, Debbie (Duane)

Wilkenson of West Virginia and Diane Neece of Indiana, special friends, Nick, Terri, Martha and

Stephen, his service dog, Powder, two brothers, John (Amber Lynn) Maar of Ashland and Clay

Wright of Hayesville and three sisters,

Michelle (Ryan) Maar of Ashland, Brittany Wright and Megan Rider both of Pennsylvania.

He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Donna Mae Filius, his grandparents, Tivis and Evelyn

Neece and George Miller, a sister, Latasha Maar and an uncle, David Neece.

Harless made friends with everybody and had a heart of gold.

A celebration of life service will be at a later date.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
