Gloria Mae (Gerwig) Heffelfinger

Gloria Mae Heffelfinger, 85 of Ashland passed away Friday August 7, 2020. She was born January 28,

1935 in Ashland County the daughter of Ocal and Mary Williams Gerwig. She a 1953 graduate of

Ashland High School and was co-owner/operator of Heffelfinger Meats.

She is survived by a son, Rick (Terri) Heffelfinger of Jeromesville, 4 grandchildren, Heather, Erica,

Ryan and Adam, a great grandson, Ridge, three brothers, Bill (Shirley) Gerwig, David (Vicki) Gerwig

and Dennis (Cindy) Gerwig and a sister, Marlene DeWitt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Heffelfinger on July 6, 1998, a son,

Steven Heffelfinger on March 7, 2009 and a sister, Violet Mortensen.

Private family services will be 2:00 PM Friday August 14, 2020 at Fickes Funeral Home in

Jeromesville with Rev. Sue Chidley officiating. Burial will be in Jeromesville Cemetery.

There will be no calling hours.
