Gerald Roy Strine

Gerald Roy Strine, 82 of Jeromesville passed away Wednesday June 7, 2023 at his home. He was

born March 7, 1941 in Jeromesville the son of Roy and Evelyn Henry Strine. Jerry was a 1958

graduate of Jeromesville High School and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He worked for Winbigler

Lumber as a salesman and was a member of the Ashland Dickey Church of the Brethren.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Stake Strine, to whom he was married August 28, 1965, four sons,

Rusty (Connie) Rush of Lima, Brad (Bobbi) Rush of West Salem, Brett (Barbie) Strine of Cresline and

Tom (Mindy) Strine of Jeromesville, 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and a sister,

Elizabeth (Earl) Keister of Reedsburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Janet Sammons and Marjorie Weaver.

Services will be 12:00 PM Monday June 12, 2023 at Ashland Dickey Church of the Brethren with

Pastors Tom Zuercher and Jeff Messner officiating. Burial will follow in the Dickey Cemetery.

Friends may call from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Monday before the service at the church.
