Elsie Vaughan Obituary
Elsie Jane Vaughan, 85 of Loudonville passed away Thursday May 11, 2023 at Kingston of Ashland.
She was born August 27, 1937 in Perrysville the daughter of Carl and Florence Myers Frank. She was
a 1956 graduate of Hayesville High School and a homemaker. Elsie was a member of the First Baptist
in Loudonville and a member of the Loudonville American Legion Auxillary.
She is survived by a son, Mark (Jen) Vaughan of Loudonville, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren,
and two sisters, Nancy Emmons and Janet North both of Ashland.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Oliver Vaughan, a son, Mike Vaughan, a
daughter, Melinda Hulit, and five brothers, Larry, Ralph, Stanley, Jim and Ross Frank.
Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday May 18, 2023 at Fickes Funeral Home with
Pastor Frank Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Friends may call Wednesday May 17, 2023 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
