Obituary
Edmund Maucher, 82 of Jeromesville passed away Saturday March 5, 2022 at Life Care Hospice in
Wooster. He was born July 8, 1939 in Germany the son of Josef and Magdalena Maucher, nee Deufel.
He was an engineer for Luk Industries in Wooster and a member of the St. Mary Catholic Church in
Wooster.
He is survived by his brother, Alois Maucher of Germany, a nephew, Paul Missel of Germany, a niece,
Ursula Bisinger with her family, Susanne, Joachim, Johannes and Helen Oelkuch of Germany, and his
step-son, Tyler Hofe, from South Carolina, and other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be 11:00 PM Monday March 21, 2022 at the St. Mary Catholic Church in
Wooster with Father Stephen Moran officiating.
Burial will be in Wooster Cemetery.
There will be no calling hours.
Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
