Dwight Glenn Cline, 78 of Hayesville
died Thursday November 12, 2015 at
Samaritan Regional Health System.
He was born August 24, 1937 in
Sycamore Valley, Ohio the son of Clarence and
Geraldine Scott Cline.
He was a cafeteria vending manager for Grey Hound Food Management and served
20 years in the U.S. Army. Dwight was an avid Hillsdale, Ohio State and NASCAR
sports fan and an avid fisherman.
He is survived by a son, Mark Cline of Hayesville, a daughter, Amy (Buddy) Essick of
Mansfield, 7 grandchildren, Kenneth (Tasha) Essick of Illnois, Andrew (Ashley) Essick
of Salem, Kaytlyn Essick of Mansfield, Kyle (Allison) Cline of Jeromesville, Cody (Ashley)
Cline of Mifflin, Shelby Essick of Mansfield, and Kendra Cline of Mifflin, 6
great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, Duane (Marilyn) Cline of Mifflin, Dick (Lana) Cline
of Hayesville, and Larry Cline of Mansfield, 3 sisters, Sue (Jerry) Stockdale of Hayesville,
Bev (Bob) Owens of Ashland and Darlene Harris of Ashland, a special friends, Joy and
several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Melvin Cline.
A celebration of life service will be Sunday November 22, 2015 from 1-4 pm at F.E. Myers
Union Hall.
