Cynthia (Atterholt) Dove

Cindy Atterholt Dove, 62, passed away Friday April 30, 2021 at Ohio Health in Mansfield, Ohio.
Cindy was born June 5, 1958 in Ashland, Ohio, the daughter of Dwight Atterholt and Dolores Ingels Shaffner.

Cindy Graduated from Hillsdale High School. She was active in softball, volleyball, cheerleading, band, drama, National Honor Society and was valedictorian of her class.
Cindy loved all animals, especially her horse Daisy and dog, Dixie(Doodlebug). Her hobbies includedcrossword puzzles (she loved trivia), collecting wolf memorabilia and watching crime shows. Cindy loved spending time with family and playing games. Cindy also had awesome friends she spent time with and loved.

Cindy is survived by two sisters Debbie (Chris) Arnold, Lori (Bob) Haley, one brother Jeff (Barbie) Atterholt, a stepsister Vicki Paullin, many nieces & nephews and her best friends, Joni McCreary, Sue Gordon, Jeanette Green, Naomi Wander, and Jeanene and Martha Coffman.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dwight Atterholt and Dolores, Ingels Shaffner, Step mother Kathy Atterholt and two sisters, Linda Atterholt and Kelly Keller.

Services will be held at 1pm Saturday May 8, 2021 at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville, Ohio with Pastor Mark Atterholt officiating. Friends may call from 11am-1pm prior to the service on May 8th. Burial will follow at the Vermillion Cemetery in Hayesville, Ohio.
