William John Bishop, 63 of Ashland died Sunday March 13, 2016 at Good Shepherd

Nursing Home.  He was born August 1, 1952 in Ashland the son of John and Mary

Smalley Bishop.  He was a factory worker at Coburn Inc. and also a mechanic for the family

business.  Bill was a 1970 graduate of Hillsdale High School and loved sprint car racing.

He is survived by a brother, Dan (Beth) Bishop of Wooster, his nieces, Christy Bishop and

Carrie (Nick) Moore all of Wooster, and Cassie Smith of Ashland, his nephews, Cory (Abby)

Bishop and Devon Pifer, all of Ashland,  his great nephew, Noah Moore, his great niece,

Elise Pifer, three aunts, Mabel Berry, of Ashland, Beulah Bishop, of Ashland and Janet

(Howard) Russell of Jeromesville, and a sister-in-law, Valerie Bishop of Ashland.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Richard Bishop.

Services will be 11:00 AM Friday March 18, 2016 at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville

with Pastor Dan Bishop officiating.  Burial will be in Jeromesville Cemetery.

Friends may call Thursday March 17, 2016 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
