Wayne William Hoffman, 79 of Ashland died Wednesday

December 27, 2017 at Life Care Hospice, Wooster Ohio.

He was born January 15, 1938 in Cleveland the son of

Elwood and Mary (Moran) Hoffman.

He Graduated in 1956 from Sullivan High School.

He had worked at Faultless and Eagle Rubber in Ashland

and retired from General Motors in Mansfield in 1991.

He is survived by a daughter, Tina (Ray) Barnett of Ashland, two sons, John (Debbie) Hoffman of

Ashland and Michael (Teresa) Hoffman of Lafayette, California, 5 grandchildren, Jessica (Clint) See,

Justin Barnett, John Hoffman, Jacob Hoffman and Hannah Hoffman, a brother, Lyle (Donna) Hoffman

of Wellington and a sister, Kathleen (Dennis) Sackett of Ashland.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Elwood Hoffman Jr., a sister-in-law, Rose Marie

Hoffman, and two nephews, Robert L. Hoffman and Brian E. Hoffman Sr.

Calling hours will be Thursday January 4, 2018 from 4-7 pm at Fickes Funeral Home in

Jeromesville.
