Vincent Stephen Sabbatis, 55 of Jackson, New Jersey died Monday January 25, 2016 at Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood, New Jersey.  He was born February 5, 1960 in Cleveland, the son of Carmen A. Sabbatis and Barbara R. Gray (nee Wanner).  He worked in the restoration and landscaping business.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Gray and his step-father, Robert Gray of Jeromesville, 3 step-daughters, 5 half-sisters, 3 step-sisters, a step-brother, and special friends, Melissa Tenneson and Heather Green.
He was preceded in death by his father, his step-mother, Karen Sabbatis, his brother, Joseph Michael Sabbatis and a step-brother, Robert Lee Gray Jr.
Calling hours will be Friday February 5, 2016 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville.   A memorial service will follow at 1:00 at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Jeromesville Cemetery.
