Sandra Jean DiCarlo, 65 of Jeromesville died Tuesday November 28, 2017 at

University Hospitals in Cleveland.  She was born January 9, 1952 in Ashland

Co. the daughter of Donald and Doris Flickinger Shearer.

She was a 1970 graduate of Hillsdale High School and a graduate of Purdue

University with a degree in Constructional Engineering.  Sandy was a veteran

of the U.S. Army and a life member of the American Legion Jerome Post 749.

She is survived by her husband, Richard DiCarlo to whom she was married September 23, 1995, a

sister, LuAnn (Rob) Deal of Jeromesville, a brother, Dan (Tammy) Shearer of Jeromesville, five nieces,

Tonya Louis, Chrissy Reece, Samantha Brightbill, Amanda Bates and Heather Cross, a nephew, Erik

Resar, 15 great nieces and nephews, a great great niece and a great great nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be 11:00 AM Monday December 4, 2017 at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville with

Pastor Layton Broome officiating.  Burial will be in Lakefork Cemetery.

Friends may call Sunday December 3, 2017 from 2-5 pm at the funeral home.
