Ruth Marguerite (Springer) VanGuilik 98, of Dover, OH and formerly of Jeromesville, OH passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 in Park Village Healthcare Center, Dover, OH to be with our Lord and her loving husband Ralph.  She was born July 29, 1922, a daughter of the late Carl and Laverna Springer.  She was a member of Jeromesville United Methodist Church for over 70 years and attended the Strasburg United Methodist Church.  She was a graduate of Jeromesville High School.  She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph VanGuilik in November, 2013.

Ruth is survived by her two daughters, Becky (Tom) Sewell and Caryn Wagner of Strasburg, OH, two grandsons, Ryan (Sarah) Sewell of Tiffin, Craig (Liz) Sewell of Cleveland, two granddaughters, Kaitlin Carithers and her children Soren and Aiyana of Celina, Tennessee and Rachel Wagner of Bloomington, Indiana.

Private family services will be 11 AM, Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Fickes Funeral Home, 84 North High Street, Jeromesville with Rev. Steven Court officiating.  Burial will be in Jeromesville Cemetery.  There will be no calling hours.
