Ruth Ann Butler, 64 of Fredericktown died Friday October 5, 2012

at MedCentral.

She was born July 23, 1948 the daughter of Samuel and Marian

Gallagher Moore.  She was a Lawn & Garden Associate at Walmart for the

past 8 years. Ruth Ann was a member of Chapel Hill United Methodist Church

in Bellville and North Liberty United Methodist Church.  She enjoyed playing

in the Monday Night Couples League at Little Apple Golf Course.

She is survived by her husband, David Butler to whom she was married

June 8, 1968, three daughters, Amy Markley and special friend Joe Glass of

Ashland, Mindy (John) Verginis of Massillon, and Kristen Butler of Fredericktown,

10 grandchildren, three sisters, Norma (Ronald) Russell of Mansfield, Martha Jeffers

of Ashland, and Kathy (Ray) Baldner of Ashland, three brothers, Robert Moore

of Ashland, Richard Moore of Mansfield and Clayton Moore of North Ridgeville,

brothers and sister-laws, Gail Moore, Jack and Jane Butler of Lexington and Tom

and Judy Butler of Jeromesville, and her mother-in-law, Lucy Sours of Mansfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, two sisters, Mary Clark

and Joanne Moore and three brothers, David, Stanley and Kenneth Moore.

Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday October 9, 2012 at Fickes Funeral Home in

Jeromesville with Pastor Randy Weaver, Rev. Dr. Beverly Hall and Father John

Verginis officiating.

Burial will follow in Chestnut Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call Monday October 8, 2012 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at the funeral

home.

North Liberty United Methodist Church.
