Ruth Irene Bowman, 86 of Rowsburg passed away Thursday May 14, 2020 at LifeCare Hospice in

Wooster. She was born July 24, 1933 in Ashland County the daughter of Lawrence and Goldie

McQuate Householder. She was a graduate of Ashland High School and worked in the shipping

department at F.E. Myers. Ruth was a member of the Rowsburg Lutheran Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Robin Bowman of Rowsburg and Karen (Gordon) Ruth of Wichita

Falls, TX, two sons, Dale Bowman of Wooster and Mike (Mary) Bowman of Wintersville, OH, 5

grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a sister, Carolyn Kitts of Ashland and a sister-in-law, Sally Ann

Householder.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Kenneth Bowman.

A celebration of life service will be at a later date.
