Roxanna Lee Fowler, 84 of Perrysville passed away Monday May 29, 2023. She was born May 25,

1939 in Mansfield the daughter of Andrew and Maude Lape Oswalt. She was a nurse's assistant and

enjoyed sewing, gardening and crocheting.

She is survived by four sons, Rick (Toni) Fowler of Perrysville, Rex Allen (Companion Edith) Fowler

of Mansfield, Russell (Linda) Fowler of Perrysville and Ronald Fowler of Butler, 11 grandchildren, 26

great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, a brother, John Oswalt and a sister, Marian Eilenfeld.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Randy Fowler in 1993, her ex husband, Clair Fowler,

her companion, Tom Nichols, three brothers, Gene, William and Robert Oswalt, and three sisters, Freda

Lifer, Joyce Phillips and Donna Arnholt.

Services will be 12:00 PM on Thursday June 1, 2023 at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville with

Pastor Kathy Adams officiating. Burial will be in Jeromesville Cemetery.

Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
