Robert Wilson Barr, formerly of Hayesville died Saturday October 8, 2011

at The Good Shepherd.  He was born February 27, 1919 in Ashland Co.

the son of William and Daisy Easterday (Finney) Barr.  He was a Press

Operator for Tappan in Mansfield and maintenance man for Heffelfinger

Meats.  Bob was a member of the Hayesville United Methodist Church,

served on Hayesville Town Council for several years and enjoyed baking.

He is survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Don & Sue Barr of

Jeromesville, Rob Barr of Ashland and Jeff and Sue Barr of Hayesville, 7

grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a sister, Dortha Landis of Hayesville.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Dalton Barr, on March 8, 2005

and two sisters, Mildred Beck and Jean Young.

Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday October 12, 2011 at Fickes Funeral Home

in Jeromesville with Pastor Wendy Guion officiating.  Burial will be in Vermillion

Cemetery at Hayesville.  Friends may call Tuesday October 11, 2011 from

6-8 pm at the funeral home.
