Richard Lee Strine, 77 of Ashland died Wednesday June 17, 2015 at

Hospice House in Ashland.  He was born September 17, 1937 in

Ashland the son of Paul and Luzetta McQuate Strine.  He was a

pattern maker for General Motors in Mansfield and was a member

of the Hayesville United Methodist Church.  Richard enjoyed

playing the drums, wood carving and farming.

He is survived by his wife, Annis Seiss Strine, to whom he was

married September 3, 1955, two sons, Steven (Penny) Strine of

Hayesville, and Randall (Betsy) Strine of Hayesville, two daughters,

Bethann (Mark) Peper of New Richmond, Wisconsin and Cheryl

Jacobs of Ashland, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a

sister, Joan (John) Hill of Lima.

A memorial service will be 4:00PM Sunday June 21, 2015 at Fickes

Funeral Home in Jeromesville with Pastor Paula Archdeacon

officiating.  Private burial will be at a later date.

Friends may call Sunday June 21, 2015 from 2-4 pm at the funeral home.
