Raymond "Dale" Mumaw passed away on November

27th surrounded by his family at the age of 81.

Dale was born in Ashland, OH on May 30, 1937 to

Clifford S. Mumaw and Gertrude Mercer Mumaw,

and graduated from Ashland High School in 1955.

He married the love of his life, Sandra Brown, on March 11,

1956 and was profoundly devoted to her until her passing on

December 31st, 2012.

Dale was employed by Myers Pumps of Ashland, OH for 29 years.

Throughout his life, he served as a member and elder of New Hope Christian Church,

Jeromesville Christian Church, and Huber Heights First Christian Church and was most

recently a member at New Creation Lutheran Church, Ottawa.

Dale was known for his love of joke telling, love of his family, and passion for serving people

and their communities.

He is survived by his children Dennis (Shelley) Mumaw of Kalida, OH, Carolyn (Gary) Tucker

of Ashland, OH, Jill (Maurice) Kirkwood of Dayton, OH and Paul (Alyssa) Mumaw of Bellevue,

ID, his grandchildren Jason Tucker, James (April) Kirkwood, William Kirkwood, Bailey Tucker,

Arianna (Todd) Trotter, Torie Allgire and his great grandchildren Layla and Milo.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Clifford Mumaw Jr., Robert Mumaw,

Earl Mumaw and Philip Mumaw.

The family would like to recognize the fantastic care of The Meadows Healthcare Center of

Kalida, OH who made Dale and his family feel well cared for and loved.

Services will be 2:00 PM on Saturday December 1st, 2018 at Fickes Funeral Home in

Jeromesville with Ministers Bill McDonald and Keith Winn and Pastor Ken Pollitz. Friends may

call one hour prior to the services on Saturday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery.
