Myron A. Troyer, 52, of Jeromesville, formerly of Apple Creek, died early Sunday morning, June 18, 2017, at Crystal Care Center in Ashland after a period of declining health.

Myron was born on October 18, 1964, to Abe B. and Sarah (Schrock) Troyer. His childhood was spent on the family farm south of Apple Creek. He worked in the family business, Troyer's Home Pantry, and later owned and operated his own landscaping business.

He was living with his sister Ella Troyer and her son Kaden. They moved from Apple Creek to rural Jeromesville in 2014. He moved to Crystal Care Center in Ashland in December 2016. He attended the Scenic Ridge Mennonite Church, Jeromesville.

He is survived by his stepmother Catherine Troyer; his brothers: Paul and Mary Troyer, Wooster; Wayne and Jerelyn Troyer, Galva, Kansas; Willis and Cynthia Troyer, Apple Creek; his sisters, Clara Coblentz, Jeromesville; Ella Troyer, Orrville, and her son Kaden; and Ada and David Lehman, Jeromesville; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother in 2003, and his father on May 29, 2017.

The family wishes to thank Crystal Care Center for the care they gave Myron during his illness. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 21 at 10 a.m. at the Scenic Ridge Mennonite Church, 2053 St Rt 89, Jeromesville. Burial will follow at the Rock of Ages Mennonite Church Cemetery, Kidron, Ohio.
