Martha Elizabeth Bonnell, 93 of Ashland died Tuesday July 19, 2011

at The Good Shepherd.  She was born November 30, 1917 in Ashland

Co. the daughter of Fred and Emma Mahler Stone.  She was

a bookkeeper, retiring from Dana and was a member of the Pleasant

Valley Lutheran Church.  Martha homesteaded with her parents in

Montana and British Columbia.  She was a member of the Betty

Stull Circle, Melody Music Club, Social Gleaners and Jackson Busy

Bees.

She is survived by two daughters, Rebecca Humrichouser of

Rowsburg and Raenna Badertscher of Loudonville, 5 grandchildren,

13 great-grandchildren, and a sister, Virginia Kettering of Ashland.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Marie Brown,

3 grandsons and a granddaughter.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Friday July 22, 2011 at the

Strickland Cemetery with Dave Lewis, Lay Pastor, officiating.  There will be

no calling hours.
