Dr. Marilyn Ruth Hawks, 84 of Ashland died Thursday July 26,

2018 at her residence.  She was born December 18, 1933 in

Lockport, New York the daughter of Harold and Dulcie

Montgomery Steude.

She earned her doctorate in Psychology from Ohio State

University and worked for Mansfield City Schools.  Marilyn

loved to travel and had lived three years in Germany.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie Hawks, to whom she was married December 12, 1977, and a

brother, Roger A. (Mary) Steude of Mansfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Karen Lucas.

There will be no services.
