Lloyd Denton Spotts, 82 formerly of Jeromesville died Thursday April 2, 2015 at

Good Shepherd Nursing Home.  He was born October 31, 1932 in Ashland Co. the

son of Clayton and Mabel Lavengood Spotts.  He was a 1950 graduate of

Jeromesville High School.  He worked at Hess & Clark, Whitiker Merrill and later

drove truck for Archway Cookie.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Garrett Spotts of Ashland, a daughter, Jackie Trent

of Ashland, and three sons, Michael (Rebecca) Spotts of Jeromesville, Matthew

Spotts of Jeromesville and Mitchell (Susie) Spotts of Loudonville, 11

grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 2 step-sons, Timothy Long of Indiana and

Todd (Kathy) Long of Ashland, 8 step-grandchildren, 4 step great grandchildren,

and a sister, Jane Suzie Foster of Jeromesville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his 1st wife, Janet Rowland Spotts, a

daughter, Christine Visnick, a son, Martin Spotts, a brother, Sanford Spotts

and a step-daughter, Diane Terry.

Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday April 7, 2015 at Fickes Funeral Home in

Jeromesville with Rev. Debra Speer officiating.  Burial will be in Jeromesville

Cemetery.

Friends may call Monday April 6, 2015 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
