John Matthew Becker, 56 formerly of Jeromesville died

Saturday January 31, 2015 at Kingston of Ashland.  He

was born July 25, 1958 in Ashland the son of F. Ray and

Carol E. (Finley) Becker.  John attended the Ida Sue

School and Nick Amster Workshop for many years, before

transferring to D R Services and Midwest.

He was a member of the Jeromesville United Methodist Church and traveled for many

Special Olympics to New Orleans and Ireland.

He is survived by a sister, Shirley Banks and a brother, Stanley (Treva) Becker

both of Jeromesville, eight nieces and nephews, Eric (Judie) Banks, Jeff (Kathy)

Banks, Kathy (Victor) Robison, Mike Banks, Beryl Klingel, Aaron (Melissa) Becker,

Cheryl (Curt) Conrad and Brian (Johanna) Becker, and many great and great-great

nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother-in-law, Matt Banks and a

nephew, Doran Banks.

Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday February 5, 2015 at Fickes Funeral Home

in Jeromesville with Rev. Deborah Speer officiating.  Burial will be in Fairview

Cemetery.  Friends may call Wednesday February 4, 2015 from 4-7pm at the funeral home.
