James Dungan Lachica, 80 of Jeromesville died Saturday January 16, 2016 at his residence.  He was born March 11, 1935 in Santo Tomas LaUnion, Philippines.  He was a lifetime member of the U.S. Coast Guard and a member of the Jeromesville Lutheran Church.  He retired from Wil Research.
He is survived by two daughters, Marites Krohn of Rittman and Diana Lachica of Mansfield, two sisters, Veronica and Leticia Lachica and a brother, Renato Lachica.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Naomi Lachica.
There will be no services.  Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
