Jack Edward (Hawk) Hawkins Sr., 55 of Jeromesville died Monday

June 4, 2012.  He was born August 21, 1956 in Huntington, W VA

the son of William and Buelah Knapp Hawkins.  He had worked

at Landolls and also in security.  Most recently he was a

self-employed scrap hauler known as Jack the Junkman.

He is survived by his wife, Georgina Thompson Hawkins, to

whom he was married May 19, 1984, four daughters, Ellen Webster

of Wellington, Regina (Jeremy) Potter of Jeromesville, Billiejo (Michael)

Swazey of Lakeville, and Brandy (Chad) Monroe of Mansfield, two

sons, Vance Hawkins of Akron and Jack (Jay) Edward Hawkins Jr.

of Oberlin, 8 grandchildren, a brother, Omar Hawkins of Connecticut,

two sisters, Tina Bosley of Pittsfield and Jean Johns of Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers,

Paul and Bill Hawkins.

Services will be 11:00 AM Friday June 8, 2012 at Fickes Funeral Home

in Jeromesville with Sue Bauder officiating.  Burial will be in Jeromesville

Cemetery.  Friends may call Thursday June 7, 2012 from 6-8 pm

at the funeral home.
