Ivan John Strang, 72 of rural Hayesville died Thursday

February 28, 2013 due to a traffic accident.  He was

born March 12, 1940 in Ashland Co. the son of

John and Wavelene Miller Strang.  He was a 1958

graduate of Hayesville High School and was a lifelong farmer.

He is survived by his daughter, Constance (Wade)

Vogler, a son, James Kevin Strang, and three

sisters, Janet Helbert of Montana, Eleanor Leininger

of Loudonville, and Carol Garling of Ashland.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be no services or calling hours per Ivan's request.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville is in charge of

arrangements.
