Helen A. Uhler, 87 of Grand Rapids, Ohio passed away March 19, 2016.  She was born

February 18, 1929 in Maysville the daughter of Jerry and Alma (Barr) Miller.   She retired

from working in food service for Bowling Green State University.  Helen enjoyed spending

time with her family, putting puzzles together, country music, western movies and traveling.

Helen married Thomas E. Uhler on April 9, 1950.  Helen was preceded in death by her

husband of 57 years and an infant son.

She is survived by a daughter, Vickie Lynn (Jeff) Scott of Bowling Green, a son, Gary Thomas

Uhler of Bellevue, 5 grandchildren, Greg Scott of Bowling Green, Katie Cordova of Grand

Rapids, Debbie Clark of Norwalk, Amy Hollingsworth of Denver, CO and Gary Thomas

Uhler II of New London, and 11 great grandchildren.

Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday March 23, 2016 at Fickes Funeral Home in

Jeromesville with Pastor Pamela Short officiating.  Burial will be in Reedsburg Cemetery.

Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
