Harold Frederick Crites, 96 formerly of Jeromesville died at Hospice House Saturday

December 6, 2014.  He was born  July 7, 1918 in Smithville the son of Lloyd and Stella

Crites.  He was an Army Veteran of World War II and a self-employed carpenter. Harold

was a member of the Jeromesville United Methodist Church.

He is survived by a son, Jerry (Sandy) Crites of Ashland, 3 grandchildren, 4

great-grandchildren, and a sister, Pauline Landis of Millersburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Evelyn Priest and a grandson,

Manuel Rodriguez.

Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday December 10, 2014 at Jeromesville

Cemetery with Rev. John A. Bouquet officiating.  The Ashland Veterans Honor Guard

will conduct military rites.

There will be no calling hours.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
