Gloria Funk Leidigh, 95 of Seattle, Washington passed on

Friday October 20, 2017 at her residence.

She was born June 6, 1922 in Wayne Co. the daughter of

Esther and Sherman Funk.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Leidigh,

her parents and three brothers, Welker, Thomas and Hal Funk.

She is survived by a nephew, James Funk of Florida.


Gloria graduated from Wooster High School, attended Wooster Business College, worked in accounting

at the Wooster Brush Co. years before moving to California for 2 years, then to Seattle, WA per Carl's

assignments. She was employed in accounting in each location, served as a juror in Municipal,

Superior and Federal courts. Her special interests were the Christian faith and relative economic cycles

determining World and U.S. history.

Burial will be in the Leidigh plot at Fairview Cemetery in Wayne Co. on Wednesday November 1, 2017

at 11:00 AM.

There will be no calling hours.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with local arrangements.
