Fern Lucille Dennis, 91 died Saturday November 24, 2012.

She was born June 30, 1921 in Ashland Co. the daughter

of Howard Scott and Rhea Heffelfinger Goodman.  She was

a homemaker and had worked at Wooster Electrical

Construction.

Fern was a member of the St. Peter New Pittsburg Lutheran

Church and was an avid reader and quilt maker.

She is survived by two daughters, Connie (Duane) Garn of

Jeromesville and Carol Davis of Sullivan, 4 grandchildren,

6 great grandchildren, and a sister, Beverly Fabian.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband,

Raymond Dennis on August 28, 1997, a son-in-law, Larry

Davis, three sisters, Wanda Bell, Gwen Heffelfinger

and Wilma Presley and six brothers, Larry, Zoyd, Dean,

Gene, Jack and Weldon Goodman.

Services will be 11:00 AM Thursday November 29, 2012

at St. Peter New Pittsburg Lutheran Church with Pastor

Mel Kirk officiating.  Burial will be in New Pittsburg Cemetery.

Friends may call Wednesday November 28, 2012 from 7-9pm

at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville.
