Erika Bell, 76 of Mansfield, died Thursday January 12, 2017 at her residence.

She was born December 11, 1940 in Munich, Germany the daughter of Alfred

Joseph and Bertha Schuler Melchior.  She was a printer for Mansfield Printing

and Therma-Disc and was a member of the St. Peters Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Bell, to whom she was married April

15, 1989, a son, Robert Melchior of Lexington, a granddaughter, Jessica Melchior,

a great granddaughter, Tatum Melchior, 4 step-children, Gretchen (Allen) Freeman

of Dunkirk, Maryland, Stanley Bell of Mansfield, Barbara (Peter) Muchunas of

Florida, and Rebecca Bell of Vermont, 2 step-grandchildren, Ashley Greer of

Maryland and Sky Muchunas of Florida, 2 brothers and 3 sisters, all living in

Munich, Germany.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday January 19, 2017 at St. Peters Catholic

Church with Father Gregory R. Hite officiating.  Burial will be in Vermillion Cemetery.

There will be no calling hours.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
