Duane Andrew Porter, 33 of Polk died Monday September 3, 2012.

He was born December 12, 1978 in Wooster the son of Ralph and

Jeanne Geiser Porter.  He was a self-employed Cement Finisher.

He is survived by his children, Andrew, Breanna, Miranda and Marissa

Porter of the home, Jillian DeLaRosa the mother of Miranda and Marissa,

his parents, three brothers, Dwight Porter, Darrell (Cherish) Porter

and Daniel (Ashley) Porter, all of Polk, two nephews, Branson and Trenton

Porter and a niece, Kaidis Porter.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Chester and Mary Porter of Polk,

and Lester and Ruth Geiser of Smithville, a nephew, Brayden Porter and a niece,

Briley Porter.

Services will be 11:00 AM Friday September 7, 2012 at Fickes Funeral Home

in Jeromesville with Pastor Allen Imhoff officiating.  Burial will be in Red Haw

Cemetery.

Friends may call Thursday September 6, 2012 from 6-9 pm at the funeral home.
