Diane Sue Cook, 60 of Ashland died Sunday May 26, 2019 at University Hospitals Samaritan Medical

Center. She was born July 1, 1958 in Ashland the daughter of Kenneth and Norma Jean Plank Long.

She was a 1976 graduate of Hillsdale High School and a scheduler for Pentair, working there for 41

years. She was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church in Ashland and was a mother figure to all her

nieces and nephews. Diane had a heart of gold.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Cook, to whom she was married March 4, 1978, her father,

Kenneth Long and a brother, Dan (Amy) Long of Ashland.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Norma Jean Long on February 17, 2008.

Memorial services will be 11:00 AM Saturday June 1, 2019 at Peace Lutheran Church in Ashland with

Pastor Karen Liddy officiating.

Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
