Derrick Scott Nebergall, 45 of Florida passed away Friday July 23, 2021. He was born May 4, 1976 in

Ashland the son of James and Nancy Hawks Nebergall. He worked construction, running water lines

and attended Hayesville United Methodist Church. Derrick enjoyed hunting for mushrooms, playing

vintage baseball and anything outdoors.

He is survived by a daughter, Taylor (partner Troy Marksberry) Nebergall, his mother, Nancy Nebergall

of Hayesville, three brothers, J. Calvin Nebergall of Columbus, and David and Doug (Jennifer)

Nebergall, all of Hayesville, his unofficial adopted big sisters, Lori Shoudt and Merri Pycraft and

numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jim Nebergall and twin sisters, Traci and Cynthia Nebergall.

Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday July 31, 2021 at Hayesville United Methodist Church with Pastor

Layton Broome officiating. Burial will be in Vermillion Cemetery.

Friends may call Friday July 30, 2021 from 6-8 pm at Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville.
