David Joel Barrick, 61 of Ashland died Wednesday March 20, 2013

at Samaritan Regional Health System.  He was born October 12, 1951

in Ashland the son of Ernest and Betty Marken Barrick.  He was a

U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and a pressman for Coburn.

David was a member of the 3rd Street Brethren Church in Ashland.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Myers Barrick, four daughters,

Shannon (Kevin) Hanning, BobbiJo Bennett and Mindy Johnson,

all of Ashland and Zelda (Matt) Troyer of Wooster, his mother, Betty

Marken, 8 grandchildren and 3 sisters, Kathy (Tony) Spiracio of Ashland,

Virginia (Bill) Sloan of Lebanon, OH and Mary (Larry) Simpson of Emmett, ID.

There will be no services.

Fickes Funeral Home in Jeromesville assisted the family with arrangements.
