Obituary

Brooke Nicole Lewis came into this world on September 2,

1995 bringing the greatest joy into life by making Jason and

Deb Lewis parents.  She walked this Earth only a short time,

but impacted and touch thousands of lives before leaving

much too soon to be with Our Lord on August 7, 2014.

Brooke was a smart and talented young woman whose depth of

caring ran deeper than most.  She felt and experienced every

emotion to the fullest.   If she was happy the world was glowing

and she radiated.  If she was sad, she mirrored her emotion and pain

for all to see.  If she was angry there was no guessing for what she was

upset about, as she was quick witted and incredibly direct.  If you were

loved by her, she would give all of herself just so you would feel her

happiness and love.  Her smile and laugh were contagious and her deep

raspy voice unforgettable.

Brooke loved to express herself through her clothing, shoes, hair and

make-up.  She could make an outfit out of a collage of separate pieces

and wear it like it was sold that way.  She created many faces with her

make-up artist skills and never was far from her cases of make-up.  She

loved to do make-overs on anyone who was willing, as she wanted everyone

to feel the best they possibly could about themselves. She expressed herself

through her paintings and making up skits with her siblings, cousins, and

friends.  She was always looking for ways to explore her creative nature and

to make people laugh.

She took on the role of big sister when Paige was born and continued with

the addition of Cole and later Jake.  She took pride in being the protector and

lover of her siblings.  She was their emotional support, the leader of the pack,

and the first to instruct them on how she thought something should be done.

She connected with each one of her siblings in a very individual way, knowing

what each relationship needed.  She loved them completely and with her whole

heart through the good and bad times.

Sadly she leaves behind on Earth, her parents Jason and Deb Lewis; siblings,

Paige, Cole, and Jake of Jeromesville; her grandparents, Doug and Natalie Scott,

Ashland; Glenn and Cindy Lewis, Jeromesville; and Dave Regan, North Dakota.

Aunts and Uncles – Leesa and Scott Cox, Ashland; Rob and Jaime Lewis, Ashland;

Jeremy and Lorrie Lewis, Maryland; Ryan and Laura Lewis, New Jersey; Bryan Lewis,

Ashland; Joe and Heather Lewis, Jeromesville; Barb Roberts, Mansfield; Kandi Roach,

Ashland; and Faith Huffman, Loudonville.  Her cousins – Logan and Taylor Cox;

Cassie Slarb, Allie Miller, Candice McDermott, Mathias Lewis; Lauren, Noah, Nate,

and Emily Lewis; Zachary Lewis; Madelyn, Jyllian, and Maiyah Lewis; Saylor Lewis,

Luke Honaker, Lexi Sapida, Knox and Kael Lewis.  She also leaves behind many

extended family members and close friends.

She was greeted in Heaven by those we have lost before her – grandmother,

Karin Regan; Aunts, Stacy Scott, and Stacie Lewis.  Great-grandparents, Don and

Ruth Cole, Don Scott, Hoy and Mildred Miller, Bob and Francis Lewis, Pearl Moravy,

and Evelyn Croll.
