Betty Lou Youngless Moody, 76 of Ashland died Saturday March 26, 2016 at

Samaritan Regional Health System. She was born March 24, 1940 in Rochester

the daughter of Martin and Surlotta Chapman Youngless. She was a 1958 graduate

of Wellington High School and was an auto-worker. Betty was a member of the Stone

Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband, Roy E. Moody, to whom she was married October 7, 1972,

three sons, Francis Beard of Ashland, Gerald Moody of Hayes, VA and Gregory (Jenny)

Moody of Greenwich, three daughters, Kimberly (David) Shank of West Salem, , Barbara

(John) Pieklo of Key Largo, FL, and Tammy (Tom) Toth of Ames, IA, 19 grandchildren,

20 great grandchildren, and a sister, Sandy Dewitt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her step-mother, Murial Youngless, a son,

Randy Moody and a brother, Martin Youngless.

There will be no calling hours or services.
