My heart goes out to the family. Uncle Russ was a very well respected and loved man. My G "Gerry" Gerald Shopbell was there to greet him in Heaven. Gerry went before on October 13, 2016. He really was so fond of Uncle Russ. Uncle Russ, Janet, and Maxine made me feel so welcome. I pray Peace. I Pray Remembering with a Smile on all of yours and our faces when we Remember. God Bless.

I am sorry to hear of Russ's passing although I never meet him in person. I found out he was affiliated with Ashland Genealogical Society and he was able to put the Loudonville Class of 1964 on that web site. We remained email buddies for years, sending jokes to each other often. I really enjoyed his humor and his outlook on life. My sympathies go to all his family.
RIP Russ

To all my cousins... my love, prayers and condolences for the loss of your dad, my Uncle Russ. My dad, George, and Russ were great adventurous spirits and traveled many miles for both work and play together with their family. Uncle Russ will always remain in my heart with fondness.
